We are a family real estate group with a diversified set of assets in the retail, office, residential housing and hotel sectors in Spain. The group got its start in 1952 in the construction industry.
Indicesa owns a majority share of L’illa shopping center, 24,000 square meters of office space in Barcelona’s central business district, a portfolio of 1,000 rental properties and two hotels operated under the AC Marriott and NH Collection brands.
With a team of 30 people in two offices, Indicesa faces the future with the same vocation, solidity and stability with which it was founded over 70 years ago. We adapt to changes in the market to continue our successful business model and are strongly committed to the environment.
