We believe in a fairer, more sustainable future for all. That is why we make sustainability, social and good governance measures part of all our business activities. We want to be an active part of the solution to global challenges and actively contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Commitment to
the environment

We are well aware of the environmental challenges we face as a society. For this reason, we draw up sustainability strategies and commitments to nature in all of our operations.

We incorporate green clauses into our lease contracts and develop environmental best practices manuals.

We install solar panels to meet some of our energy requirements and apply biophilic design principles in our facilities to promote green spaces that improve the quality and habitability of the environment. With these actions, we cut 140 tons of CO2 emissions in 2022, the equivalent of planting 790 trees.

We raise awareness among our customers about responsible consumption through awareness campaigns and activities.

We support brands and operators who base their business model on the circular economy and use recycled materials in their production processes.

We promote sustainability mobility by installing electric vehicle charging stations and offering dedicated parking spaces for bicycles and other electric vehicles.

Our assets have BREEAM certification, which measures the degree of environmental sustainability of buildings. We are currently working on WELL certification, which measures, certifies and monitors how well a property safeguards the health and well-being of its occupants.

We measure and offset our CO2 emissions with carbon credits that have a positive impact on the environment and our community.

Through collaborations and alliances with NGOs and non-profit organizations, we aim to contribute to people’s well-being and improve their quality of life.

With respect to housing, we develop social and subsidized housing projects to help ensure that everyone has access to a proper home.
